Good Conflict:
We will have a competition every week to see who sells the most Kalide-a-Flushes. The reward will be something like extra commision, a larger work area, extra break time, or perhaps a paid vacation.
Consequences for Bad Conflict:
Bad conflict will be met with harsh consequences, but effort will be made to prevent conflict.
1. Verbal communication is key, talking to employees before conflict errupts.
2. We will separate employees that cause conflict.
BENEFITS PLAN:
Employees will get 2 weeks for vacation, and 10 days off of sickness . Employees must prove they were sick, with a doctor's note otherwise we'll take one day of their 2 weeks vacation, if employees don't use any of the days, we'll give them a bonus at the end of the year.
INSURANCE: We'll offer the employee 2 options according to what is more convenient to his/her situation.(The insurance includes, dental, vision, life , and pension)
1. They could get full insurance, and don't worry about themselves.
2. They could get half of insurance but we'll be paying not only the emloyees insurance but his/her whole family insurance also.

Employees will be evaluated three times a year for the first four years of employment, and twice a year after four years of employment.
When evaluating an employee, behaviors such as being late to work, attitude towards other employees, and productivity will be considered.
An employee will be fired based on negative behaviors that have occurred numerously, depending on the seriousness of the issue.
HIRING PLAN:
1.Job openings in or business will be spread out by word of mouth, unless there is an immediate need for employees.
2. The employees will have to have good leadership qualities to work for us. This will be needed in the factory so that production runs smoothly.
3. The longer an employee works for the company, the more perks they will recieve. They will get raises and add ons to benefits. Promotions will be given to those who work diligently.
